Return and Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Iradah Clothing! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not fully satisfied, please read our Return and Exchange Policy below:


Returns:

Eligibility:
You can return eligible items within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If the item is damaged or defective, you can return it free of charge. Please contact us at iradahofficialco@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with pictures of the damaged product.

Non-returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Gift cards


Exchanges:

Eligibility:
Exchanges are allowed if the item does not fit. The exchange comes with a 20% exchange fee. If the size you need is available, you can contact us via email or social media for assistance.

Paid Exchanges:
If the exchanged size is available, customers are responsible for the shipping cost, and the exchange fee will apply.


Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • If you are returning an item due to size issues, the customer will cover the shipping charges, and the exchange fee will apply.


Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.


How to Return:

  1. Step 1: Contact us at iradahofficialco@gmail.com with your order details and reason for the return.

  2. Step 2: We will send you instructions and a return shipping label if your return is accepted.

  3. Step 3: Ship the item back to us using the provided return label.
